Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has invited Indian Diaspora to visit Himachal Pradesh known as Dev Bhoomi and invited investors to explore immense investment opportunities here.
Interacting with the Diaspora virtually in an Indo- US seminar organized by India – US Business and Arts Council in association with the Consul General of Francisco at Shimla on Friday Thakur said, “Himachal has vast investment potential and investors should visit this beautiful state.”
Additional Chief Secretary (Industries and Power) R.D. Dhiman, thanking the participants on behalf of the CM, expressed his pleasure for this initiative. He also highlighted the distinct advantages offered by the State Government to the investors like affordable land cost, reliable power, proactive and accessible administration, besides ease of doing business through single window clearances.
US Congressman Rohit Khanna representing Bay Area San Francisco, California, Dr. Nagendra Prasad, Consul General of India in San Francisco, Mahesh Nihalani a Social Worker also participated in the symposium.
Mahesh Nihalani invited a high-powered delegation of the State Government to visit Bay Area, California for the Himachal Day celebrations and hold investors meet in the Silicon Valley.
