The Director (Personnel) of Sutlej Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited (SJVNL), Ajay Kumar Sharma has been conferred with prestigious ‘Top Rankers Excellence Award for HR Leadership’ in recognition of his significant contributions towards professionalism in HR practices, people management and organizational excellence in the corporate sector.
This award is given to HR professionals in recognition of their outstanding leadership and achievements across the corporate and academic sector in India.
DGM, SJVNL, Surender Sharma, received the award in the 26th National Management Summit held at New Delhi recently, on behalf of Ajay Sharma.
The award gains significance as the SJVNL, one of the Navratna Public sector Undertaking (PSU) has become one of the most advanced energy producers company, harnessing new renewable sources of energy like solar power, wind energy, besides hydel power in different parts of the country and neighboring countries.
