Himachal Pradesh government has declared the entire state as disaster affected after the huge losses of life and property during the ongoing devastating  monsoon season. Making this announcement in Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha on Monday, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu  stated , “ Himachal Pradesh has been declared a disaster
