Former Personal Security Officer (PSO) of the CM, Balwant Singh has been booked by police on the complaint of Kusla Devi of village Chalagi under Bahli Chowki Police Station.
SP Mand Shalini Agnihotri said, “Balwant Singh has been booked for allegedly manhandling and threatening the complainant while working in her fields on Saturday under sections 341 and 506 of IPC.”
Balwant Singh was also in the news last year for allegedly hitting the SP of Kullu Gaurav Singh during the visit of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari while in CM’s security , though he was later exonerated from the charges in the departmental inquiry.
