Veena Sharma, wife of Sanjay Sharma former Director of Information and Public Relations passed away at Medanta hospital in New Delhi on Thursday.
A school lecturer, Veena Sharma was undergoing treatment there for the last few days.
Director, Information and Public Relations Harbans Singh Brascon and officers and officials of the department have expressed deep grief over the demise of Veena Sharma.
The staff members of the department have expressed their sympathies with the bereaved family and prayed to God for peace to the departed soul.
The cremation will take place at Kanlog crematorium, Shimla at 11 AM on 18 September, 2020.
