The Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam has won this years ‘SCOPE Eminence Award in Human Resource Management’.
The award was presented by the President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu in a function held at New Delhi on Friday and was received by SJVN Chief Managing Director- cum MD Bhupender Gupta and Director Personnel Ajay Kumar Sharma.
Congratulating the employees CMD Bhupender Gupta said, “The award reflects SJVN’s progressive and people-centric HR practices and commitment to employee development”.
Director Personnel Ajay Kumar Sharma said, “Such awards inspire the organization to continue its journey towards becoming a transformational, future-ready organization driven by a committed and strong workforce.”
“About 200 organizations competed for the awards in different categories and this is an affirmation of SJVN’s continued resolve to cultivate a progressive, performance-driven and inclusive work culture,” he stated.
Formed in 1973, the Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) serves as the apex body of Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs).
