BJP has filed a complaint against Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kuldeep Pathania to Election Commission of India.
In a complaint filed on Saturday, the BJP has “Accused the Speaker of allegedly attending political rallies of Congress candidate from Mandi constituency Vikrmaditya Singh”.
The BJP has alleged, “That time and again the ruling government and its agencies are violating the Model Code of Conduct and complaints in this regard have been lodged.”
“ In the first week of May 2024, it was observed that Kuldeep Singh Pathania attended and addressed public meetings during the ensuing elections at many places and also shared stage with Vikramaditya Singh and the CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu in Bharmaour and Chamba”, the party alleged.
