The Delhi High Court  has refused to act on a plea seeking removal of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal as Delhi CM .

Turning down the pleas for the third time acting Chief Justice of Delhi High Justice Manmohan refused to counsel Delhi Governor VK Saxena saying, “Let democracy take its own course”.

The court was hearing public interest litigation by the Hindu Sena, which sought direction to the Lieutenant Governor to direct Mr Kejriwal, who is in judicial custody  to resign after his arrest by ED on March 21,
