Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) Centre Shimla has issued yellow alert for several parts of Himachal Pradesh from 28th March to 31st March.
The department has issued yellow alert of snowfall and light to moderate rain accompanied by winds at isolated places due to western disturbances and predicted rain and snow in a few place of Mandi, Kangra, Kullu, Shimla, Bilaspur , Una, Hamirpur, and Chamba districts from March 28 to March 31st.
The minimum temperature is likely to fall by 2-4Ø 0C during the next 3- 4 days subsequent next 3-4 days and snowfall and rain are expected to continue across the state till April 2.
The highest maximum temperature in the state was recorded 31.6°C in Una while the lowest minimum temperature in the state – 2.5°C was recorded in Keylong of Lahaul- Spiti district.
