In a very shocking news senior journalist Gaurav Bisht, Bureau Chief of Hindustan Times Shimla passed away on Wednesday night at his residence in Shimla.
His family sources said, ” Bisht suffered a massive heart attack on wednesday after which he was taken to Indira Gandhi Medical college Hospital Shimla, but Doctors attending him declared him dead “.
Bisht (49) is survived by his wife, son and his mother. Known as a thorough professional journalist, he was working with Hindustan Times for nearly three decades.
Journalist community and political circle in Shimla have mourned his death.
