Shimla Police has registered two FIRs against Sanjeev Kumar Gandhi for the alleged misappropriation of funds during his tenure as SSP Shimla.

While one FIR has been registered on the complaint of a Police constable for alleged misappropriation of Rs 2.35 lakh; the second FIR was registered on Friday in which then SSP has been accused of alleged misappropriation of Rs 14.7 lakhs meant of maintenance of police buildings but the SSP  spent the amount on his official residence at Shimla.
