The Himachal Pradesh government has issued orders to release full pension arrears of class III pensioners, who have retired on January 1, 2016 to January 31, 2022.
As per a notification issued by Principal Secretary (Finance), M Sudha Devi , the state government had issued orders to release 30 percent arrears of the pensioners on September 21 and now decided to release entire arrears accrued from the pension to Class III pensioners of the state government, who have retired during the above period .
“The notification issued on September 21 regarding payment of 30 percent arrears will stand cancelled now after new order releasing the entire pension” the notification clarified””
She stated, “The state government has also issued orders to release additional 15 percent pension arrears as announced on September 21 of Class I and II pensioners, who retired on January 1, 2016 to January 31, 2022.
The arrears amount will be added with the pension of the September month and will be paid in October 2026.
