At least ten students have been injured in a road accident near Joginder Nagar on Tuesday morning after a bus carrying students of a private school had a collision with a trailer truck on Mandi – Joginder Nagar road.
SHO Joginder Nagar Ashwani Kumar said, “ Ten students of a private school have received minor injuries in the accident and were sent home after giving them first aid in the local hospital; the police have registered a case and investigation is under way to ascertain the cause of the incident”, he added .
As per information the bus was on way to school when suddenly a trailer truck coming from the opposite direction collided with the bus, injuring the students. The police team immediately reached the spot and took the students to the hospital.
