The Mandi district administration has changed the timing of all schools with immediate effect in the district in view of extremely hot weather in many areas of the district.
D C Mandi Apoorv Devgan said, “The meteorological department in its weather forecast has issued an alert of rise in day temperature for the next few days leading to extremely hot conditions in many parts of the district; in view of the alert the schools have been directed to change the time table.”
As per new timetable the schools will start at 8 am and close at 1.30 pm in the district, except in Bahli Chowki , Thunag, Gohar sub divisions and Nihri tehsil.
