Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has assured to implement strict measures for adopting complete transparency in functioning of newly constituted Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog (HPRCA) for recruitment of Group-C posts.
He said , “ The state government has adopted zero tolerance for corruption and is all set to provide a corruption free selection criteria based on merit and the Aayog would set an example by following the practices of fair recruitment in other states.”
The CM said, “The State Cabinet has given approval to notify Rules of Business and Procedure in respect of HPRCA; the question papers would be set through an automated process reducing manual interference to maintain complete transparency,besides online applications will be entertained by providing one time registration facility to aspirants .”
“After scrutinizing application, e-admit cards would be generated against their user IDs, to be downloaded by the candidates and they would be only allowed to enter the examination centers after proper verification of e-admit cards through bar code scanning or bio metric verification”, he added.
The CM said, “The Rajya Chayan Aayog may decide from time to time to conduct the written objective type screening tests online under surveillance of CCTV Cameras to maintain transparency, besides providing online link for familiarizing and preparing for the screening tests.”
