why the HPGCTA has ever opposed the appointments on contract ,adhoc, guest lecture basis , perhaps it facilitate the back door entry contrary to the norms laid down by UGC and giving go by to SET,NET ,HPSC interview , reservation roster as such undeserving ,incompetent and political henchmen get appointed to to the posts and later by either talking refuge to previous Apex court or high court judgements they not only get regularised but even get benifit of service seniority ,pay perks from back date .Even such appointments are deliberately not being opposed at bureaucratic level as they do get piece of pie
Sir, the appointments done through the HP Public Service Commission are first given on contract. These are legitimate recruitments and we are demanding benefits to such recruitees. We also stand for scrapping of contract policy and also demand that all the recruitments should be done through public service commission only.
