Himachal Pradesh Cabinet has decided to fill up 5291 posts of teachers i.e. 1070 posts of TGT (Arts), 776 (Non Medical) and 430 (Medical), 494 Shashtri and 2521 posts of JBT.
The Cabinet Meeting presided over by Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu held on Wednesday at Shimla has also decided to fill up 28 posts of medical officers (Dental) , four posts of surveyors in industries department and two posts of DFCSA.
It decided to construct 13 Rajiv Gandhi Model schools in the first phase, notify Rajiv Gandhi Swarojgar Yojna -2023 to promote self employment to youths by bringing e-taxis, e-trucks and e-buses, dental facilities and fishery activities under the scheme.
It decided to amend the Rule-16 of H.P. Town and Country Planning Rules, 2014 to make the Attic floor habitable, grant one time relief till June 30 for the defaulters of passenger and goods tax, transfer government land from Nangal Dam to Talwara to Railways and approve draft development plan for Hatkoti special area,
