Himachal cadre Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officer Vivek Chandel received ‘ Best Performance Award ‘ for case study writing during six weeks IAS Induction Training Programme at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Missouri .
Chandel received the award from the Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla in a valedictory function. He was adjudged the best performer among 98 IAS officers from 19 states.
