
Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu interacted with students and teachers of Government Senior Secondary School Baga Sarahan, in Nirmand Sub-Division of Kullu district, during his tour of the area on Wednesday.
In his unscheduled visit to the school, the CM asked teachers of the school to lay emphasis on imparting practical knowledge to students and improve their General Knowledge for preparing them to appear for competitive exams. He also took feedback from teachers regarding various issues and practical problems being faced by them.
During his interaction with the students of the school the CM asked a few questions related to GK and also inquired about their career options and future plans.
He encouraged them to set clear targets and work hard with dedication to achieve their dreams and advised them to adopt noble values and ideals in life.
The CM announced to replace the existing school building from pre –nursery to 8th standard with a modern new building.
Earlier, the Chief Minister met local residents at PWD Rest House Baga Sarahan and listened to their grievances and issued directions to concerned authorities to redress the grievances.
