
BJP leaders and activists took out a Tiranga Yatra from Paddal ground to Seri Manch Mandi.
They marched carrying the Indian flags and raising slogans to support Operation Sindoor carried by the Indian Army against terrorists hideouts in Pakistan.
Addressing the gathering at Seri Manch, former Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur said, “Operation Sindoor is the Indian Army’s retaliatory action after the inhuman massacre of tourists at Pahalgam by Pakistan backed terrorists, which every Indian was eagerly waiting for.”
He said, “ Since Pakistan is giving shelter to terrorists people were eagerly waiting for stern action from the Indian Army by hitting their hideouts in Pakistan and a befitting reply was given by India to Pakistan .”
He said, “The Tiranga Yatra is being taken out throughout the country to honor the valour of the Indian Army which the whole world watched, how the Army destroyed the terrorists camp in just 25 minutes.”
“The Indian Army struck with complete precision and killed nearly 100 terrorists sending a clear signal to Pakistan after which Pakistan was forced to approach several countries for a ceasefire; though a ceasefire has been effected but Indian government has also given a clear message if a single act is committed by Pakistan then Indian government will retaliate with full force,” he stated.
Lieutenant General Rakesh Kapoor (retired), Brigadier Khushal Thakur (retired), MLAs Anil Sharma, Rakesh Jamwal, Vinod Kumar, Indra Singh Gandhi, Puran Chand, Deepraj, Dalip Thakur and District BJP President Mandi Nihal Chand among others also participated in the Yatra.
