The Kasauli police have registered a case against Haryana BJP President Mohan Lal Badoli and singer Rocky Mittal based on a complaint by a woman from Haryana. The woman alleged that she was allegedly “raped” at a Kasauli hotel, a few days ago.
SP Solan Gaurav Singh confirmed, “A complaint was lodged by the woman at the Kasauli police station on December 13, 2024. The allegations are under investigation and further action will follow based on the findings.”
Allegations in the Complaint:
The complainant, a married woman, alleged, ” she was forcibly made to consume alcohol at a hotel in Kasauli before being raped. She accused the singer of luring her with promises of making her an actress in one of his music albums, while the BJP leader allegedly offered her a government job”.
Additionally, the woman claimed, ” Approximately two months ago , both accused intimidated her and threatened to implicate her in a false case if she reported the incident at Panchkula.”
BJP Leader’s Response:
Haryana BJP President Mohan Lal Badoli has strongly denied the allegations, calling them baseless and part of a political conspiracy to tarnish his image. He stated that the claims hold no truth.
