Mandi Deputy Commissioner Rugved Thakur has clamped section 144 in the district to check spread of Covid-19 cases.
He has put a complete ban on organizing social feast / Dham for marriages or any other purpose from May 1st and cancelled all permissions given earlier.
The DC has also put a ban on movement of local deities/ Devtas and organising feasts in temples and all other religious places.
