Prime Minister Narender Modi was accorded a warm welcome on his arrival at Sports Authority of India (SAI) ground in district Kangra on Thursday.
Governor Rajendra Vishvanath Arlekar and Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur welcomed the PM and the CM facilitated him with a traditional muffler.
The Prime Minister has come to Dharamshala on a two day visit to participate in the All India Chief Secretaries Conference, being held here.
Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur Speaker H.P. Vidhan Sabha Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar, several ministers, MPs and MLAs were present among other dignitaries to welcome the PM.
The Prime Minister also participated in a road show in Dharamshala.
