Himachal Pradesh Cabinet has decided to clamp night curfew in the state from 10 pm to 5 am and close cinema halls, sports complexes, indoor stadiums , swimming pools, multiplexes, gyms, langars etc to check spread of the COVID 19, besides restricting indoor social gatherings to fifty in marriage palaces and banquet halls etc.

The meeting presided over by Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur also decided to regularize services of 1782 part time water carriers working with the education department completing eleven years of service on September 30th, 2021

It also decided to fill up 129 posts of Junior Office Assistant (IT) in the Forest Department and seven posts of Assistant Professors in IGMC Shimla and Atal Institute of Medical Super Specialty Hospital Chamyana. 

The Cabinet decided to create Dhuan Devi Patwar Circle in Mandi Sadar tehsil by carving it from existing Patwar Circle Pandoh, Majhwar and Nela in Mandi district. 

It also gave its nod to create Patwar circle Killing, Dhuan Devi and include Murag, Sharan and Kanda- Bagsiad Panchayat in Seraj Development Block at Janjehli.  

The Cabinet gave its nod for MoU between Governments of Himachal Pradesh and Haryana to construct Adi Badri Dam on river Som, link it with Saraswati River.

It decided to convert Himachal Road and Other Infrastructure Development Corporation into a public limited company.  

The Cabinet decided to upgrade PHC (Primary Health Centre) Pandoh and Jacch to CHC (Community Health Centre ), open PHC at Kot in Mandi district, upgrade CHC Rewalsar to a Civil Hospital,  upgrade CHC Dehar to  40 bedded hospital, Civil Hospital Manali to 100 bedded hopsital and CHC Mandap to 50 bedded hospital .

It decided to open PHCs at Randhar and Majhwar in Mandi district, upgrade PHC Raison, Aishla and Chontra to CHCs and upgrade PHC Gaggal to CHC.  

The Cabinet also gave its approval to upgraded health sub centers Rajgarh, Bagga,  Golwan and Peepali to PHCs and open PHCs at Sajala, Birnu and  Bah-Ki- Dhar.

It also decided to give district level status to Aashar Naag Fair, Banikhet in Chamba district.

The Cabinet gave its nod to upgrade Government High Schools, Pota Manal, Sakholi, Shawga Kando, Thonta and Kotla Panjaula to  Senior Secondary Schools, upgrade Middle Schools Bella, Gundah, Badwa (all in Sirmour district) to High Schools and fill up posts.

It also decided to upgrade Government Primary Schools, Shamti and Rabaun in Solan district to Middle Schools, Middle Schools Dhimla and Lug to High Schools and upgrade Middle School Kishori to a High School.

The Cabinet also decided to open Horticulture Extension Centers at Kindar, Mahog and Mahunag in Mandi district and open veterinary dispensaries at Heerpur, Bhup Pur and Khodari Majri.
