Himachal Pradesh government has appointed Director of Information and Public Relations Himachal Pradesh Harbans Singh Brascon as special secretary to Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur.
As per notification issued by Chief Secretary Anil Khachi on Friday a 2015 batch IAS officer Brascon would continue to hold the charge of Director I&PR.
