Harbans Singh Brascon 2001 batch HAS officer, serving as Director Information and Public Relations has been elected as new president of Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services Association .
Vivek Chandel – a 2004 batch HAS officer presently serving as Director Technical Education has been elected as the General Secretary of the association.
After his election Brascon said, “Interest of every member of the association would be kept in mind and efforts would be made to strengthen the association.”
